CAN I PAY CASH?

Some patients do not feel comfortable using their insurance for confidentiality reasons. While Tshwane women clinic adheres to the strictest standards of confidentiality and HIPPA laws, we understand that some patients may not want a record of elective termination of pregnancy on their insurance statements. We offer reduced rates to patients paying out of pocket. When you call to make your appointment, we can discuss all out of pocket fees with you before you come into the office.

 

If you choose not to use your insurance for abortion services you can use your insurance for GYN services before and after your termination appointment at Tshwane women clinic without a record of the abortion being sent to your insurance provider. Many insurances cover diagnostic testing, pap smears, IUDs, depo injections, birth control pills or the Nuva Ring, as well as treatment for sexually transmitted diseases or infections (STDs/STIs).
